Rescheduling

When rescheduling the original date you booked for there's a $15 inconvenience fee that will be added to your balance. You will send me the new date and time for me to change in my system and I will reach out to the studio and get back to you within 24 hours to confirm if that time and date is available. If rescheduled within 7 days before the shoot. You can reschedule for free at no charge to you.

Canellation

When cancelling your studio session, there's a $50 cancellation fee. Only because when booking with me, I prepay the studio for a certain amount of hours to cover your session and this is money I cannot get back when cancelled on. So you will not receive a refund on the $50 deposit put down that is not refundable on your cancellation. If I cancel, I will gladly refund you your deposit money or we can reschedule.

Lateness

When late to your photo session, indoor or outdoor, we cannot push the time back for free, if you want an additional time, you have to pay for it and it will be the hourly price listed on my website. For 30 minutes or less, please cut the hourly rate in half if you want to make up the time difference, or you just lose out on time and we make the best of the remaining minutes or hours we have left. If you do not show up within the hours paid for, the session is cancelled and there will be no refunds on what was paid because I showed up to do my job and stayed the time planned.

Payments

When booking through my website, once you send your deposit, the full payment is due the morning of your booking. Failure to make that payment will result in your booking being cancelled. This is automatic, my website is set to send your invoice out at 8:00am. You have to confirm your appointment the day of and pay your invoice in order to keep your session. If it is not paid an hour before your session your booking will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund on your deposit.

Studio Session

For each studio session you are allowed 1 other person in the room with you, no kids are allowed to be at the studio session unless they are taking professional portraits.

What to expect after your photo shoot and how long does it take to get your photos


After your photo shoot, within 48 hours I will start processing your images and watermarking them so you can review and choose which photos you want to keep. No raw images will be sent out, I edit all my pictures, I straighten, crop, adjust the brightness, and clean up blemishes or flaws within the picture. This is basic editing before sending out the pictures, but there would be no retouching to any photos without an additional fee. After basic editing your portraits will be sent out within 3-10 days of the photo shoot. If you need your photos sooner than a Rush fee of $75 will need to be paid the day of.

How will you receive your photos and do you print?


I will create you a portal where you will be able to download all of your photos, you can click on each photo, then click the down arrow to download them to your phone, iPhone or Android. You can also share the link with family and friends. I do not print, I do have recommendations for you to receive your pictures though. (FREE PRINTS APP) is highly recommended to print your photos.

Is there an additional fee for editing and to remove the watermark?


Yes, there's an additional fee for retouching, background editing, and watermark removal. Any deep editing as far as body, lips, eyes, hair, nose etc. requires a fee. All of my photos are watermarked with the above picture on them. If you would like my watermark removed it's an additional $45 fee for all photos. Editing prices are to be determined depending on what you want edited and how many photos.

Cash Payments


An invoice is created through my website for payments. This is for tax purposes. I do not accept any cash payments, zelle, cash app, or apple pays on the day of, after or during my events or photoshoots as my website tracks my income here and this is where I need all my payments to go for a yearly review.
